We are continuing to improve our specialised Training Academy, designed to build competent catering and refrigeration engineers, delivering industry standard and recognised qualifications, who excel not only in the technical, but in their personal and professional growth.

All trainees will have the opportunity to earn whilst they build their knowledge and confidence in real working scenarios with leading manufactures, knowing that they have the support of trained mentors and qualified colleagues throughout the process.

Once qualified, the journey continues with further opportunities to build skills for the individuals to give back to their team and industry.

How Does it Work?

The timeline to become a fully qualified Engineer with AGGORA is focused on the individual throughout a comprehensive development programme.

Guided learning, real life teaching and detailed task-books will give you the knowledge and assist your competency sign off. There will also be external training to achieve your electrical and gas qualifications.

You will be in a team of qualified engineers, meaning that you will have trained mentors to ensure you are exposed to the right equipment and experience necessary to graduate.

You will also have the opportunity to work with the wider team to gain varied and valuable experience.
