Operating our own dedicated workshop and solutions provide clients with the flexibility for off-site repairs. Our workshops are used daily for engineer training, bespoke equipment modifications, and portable ‘plug and play’ equipment repairs. With training and meeting rooms adjacent to the workshop facilities, we are able to offer an excellent off site support service.
Examples of ways in which customers and supply partners utilise our workshop solutions include:
- ‘Repair to stock’ solutions where the client or manufacturer hold breakdown stock to swap in and out at point of failure.
- Manufacturer back to base warranty repairs – we assist and manage the process of back to base repairs for items returned within warranty.
- Equipment training for catering staff to ensure knowledge about best practices when using equipment, and subsequently reducing faults caused by user error.
