Our three most popular planned maintenance agreements
Option One – Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Equipment breakdowns charged on a ‘pay as you go’ basis
- All PPM service frequencies are asset type driven (i.e. gas twice a year, electrical items once a year)
- Includes an annual Gas Safety inspection on all gas appliances
Option Two – Labour Inclusive PPM
- The same as Option One, however all labour charges for breakdowns are included
- Spare parts charged additionally (subject to service exclusions, i.e. no power to the unit).
Option Three – Parts & Labour Inclusive PPM
- The same as Option One, however all labour and parts charges for breakdowns are included
