Planned Preventative Maintenance: giving you peace of mind

A PPM contract can help you to:

  • Keep track of any potential problems with your equipment
  • Reduce risk of breakdown
  • Improve energy efficiency and operational safety

Our two most popular planned maintenance agreements

Option One – Planned Preventative Maintenance
  • Equipment breakdowns charged on a ‘pay as you go’ basis
  • All PPM service frequencies are asset type driven (i.e. gas twice a year, electrical items once a year)
  • Includes an annual Gas Safety inspection on all gas appliances
Option Two – Labour Inclusive PPM
  • The same as Option One, however all labour charges for breakdowns are included
  • Spare parts charged additionally (subject to service exclusions, i.e. no power to the unit).
Option Three – Parts & Labour Inclusive PPM
  • The same as Option One, however all labour and parts charges for breakdowns are included

We provide a full equipment service appraisal based on safety factors, correct operation, structural efficiency, and cosmetic appearance; ensuring each item remains energy efficient and operationally safe, reducing the risk of breakdown and unscheduled repairs.
